Select Ceremony Script: You will receive a questionnaire and some script samples so we can determine your preferences in wording and tone. The script will be customized to you.
Optional Add-ons (no fee): Photo Moment, Memorial Moment, License Signing during ceremony, unity ceremony of your choosing, a reading/passage, ring warming, family/group vows
Select Vows: Choose pre-written or write your own vows.
Love Story: Your love story, told from both perspectives, will be shared for an emotional addition to the ceremony.
Wedding Workshop: A Zoom call to go over all of the ceremony details.
Rehearsal: I will be at the rehearsal if needed.
Communication: Full support throughout the planning process
Script Copy: Printed keepsake copy of your script
Marriage License Signing and Filing: I handle the legalities, leaving you free to enjoy the moment.

Payment Information
Once you decide I am the right person to perform your ceremony, an invoice and contract will be emailed to you. You will read the contract, sign, and send it back to me. I will countersign the contract at that time. You will also receive an invoice for the full fee split into two payments. Once the retainer is paid, your date is secure on my calendar.
You will have the option to pay by credit card or debit card. This is payable through a secure payment portal on my client management system. I ask for 25% of the package fee as a non-refundable retainer. A second invoice will be sent for the remaining amount due two weeks before your wedding date.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not expected, but always appreciated.
General Payment Information
Payments online are processed via Credit/Debit cards
An autopay option is available to pay the 2nd invoice when it is due
Payments are mobile friendly
I do not accept checks
Refunds are issued the same way the payment was made whenever possible and can take 7-10 days to post to your account.
Your Story Nuptials does not assume any financial liability greater than the cost of services.

Yes, the Signature Wedding is customized. The Classic Ceremony is personalized but not fully customized. I create a ceremony that reflects your personalities, values, and vision. Whether you want something lighthearted, elegant, traditional, non-religious, or a blend of everything, your ceremony is written just for you.

Absolutely. This is offered in the Signature Wedding Package. I love incorporating personal touches such as vow exchanges, readings, cultural traditions, handfasting, unity rituals, and more. I guide you through the options and help you decide what feels meaningful and authentic.

I specialize in non-religious and modern ceremonies, but I’m happy to include spiritual or lightly religious language if it’s important to you. Your ceremony should feel true to who you are.

I serve the Greater Seattle and Snohomish County areas, including Everett, Seattle, Edmonds, Bellevue, Lynnwood, and beyond. I also travel throughout Western Washington and Leavenworth for weddings, elopements, and signing appointments. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

Yes! I provide vow-writing guidance, templates, and examples. I also finalize and privately review your vows if you desire, to ensure they match in tone and length (and stay secret from your partner).

Your comfort is my priority. You choose what elements of your story are included. If you prefer a more private ceremony without a detailed love story, I tailor the wording accordingly.

Most ceremonies run 10–20 minutes, depending on your selections, number of readings, and any included rituals.

Yes, I can guide you through the process of obtaining your license, explain Washington State requirements, and ensure it’s signed correctly and filed on time.

Yes. I am ordained through the Universal Life Church and American Marriage Ministries and trained through the Unboring! Wedding Academy. I am legally authorized to perform marriages throughout Washington State and most U.S. states.

I maintain a trusted network of professional officiants who can step in if needed. Your wedding will always be covered.

Of course! I’m happy to stay for a few quick photos with you after the ceremony as part of your package.

Most couples book 6–18 months in advance, especially for peak summer dates. Signing and elopement appointments often have more flexibility.

Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the ceremony.
